Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, Imperial Builders & Supply will provide a full refund or a credit for the full merchandise amount. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Special and custom orders are not returnable. Returns cannot be shipped collect or C.O.D.
If an item is declared defective, you will have the option for a full refund or replacement item once we receive the defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If outside of 30-days and the product is unused and still in its original packaging, Imperial Builders & Supply will review the product upon receipt and may issue a credit for the merchandise, minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Special and custom orders are not returnable.
If products for return were drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, those products will be subject to the return policy of the specific manufacturer. Some products may not be returnable. Please contact an Imperial Builders & Supply customer service team member for details on a specific item.
